Stewart Resources (SR) understands each position is a unique situation. That's why we work together with our clients to evaluate their needs, form a search strategy and deliver the best candidates. We work closely with the client to understand the company culture, the position responsibilities and the characteristics and skills needed for the position. SR consultants will then create a position specification of the role so all parties have a clear understanding of the ideal candidate. We then use a network of resources including original industry and functional research, proprietary databases, company information and online tools to identify the target market. |

Candidate Identification and Assessment |
With a clear understanding of your goals in mind, SR consultants approach prospective candidates and investigate their interest in the role. We will interview the candidates, evaluating them against the position specification and the profile of the ideal candidate. Candidates who most closely fit the client's requirements and have a sincere interest in the opportunity are presented to the client. When the client is ready to proceed, SR will assist with interviews. |

Search Completion and Follow-up |
SR professionals conduct detailed formal interviews of the candidate's references to confirm his/her suitability for the role and to identify any areas of concern or points for further development. Our SR consultants will work closely with the client and candidate as they move towards the offer stage and final acceptance. Even after the position is filled, we conduct ongoing follow-up interviews with both client and candidate to ensure long-term success of the new hire. |
